Thanks so much for making this available. I have read Dr Sinclair's book and found it fascinating. I was not interested in anti aging until a year ago and pleasantly surprised to discover much of my lifestyle fits with the recommendations for healthy living. I think the information in this video could make a huge positive difference in the lives of many people, much appreciation and respect. 19 Arturo Castelo Arturo Castelo 7 months ago Amazing! possibly the most impactful theme of our time. Thank you SALT for putting this panel together. 20 SAMUEL YURI SAMUEL YURI 7 months ago The more people get involved in this, the better. This is the most important subject of this time, since it can save and prolong our lives. 5 John Stibal John Stibal 4 months ago IMO, it's going to take an engineered approach to end aging. That means, we will likely need some pretty powerful AI with lateral thinking abilities to help us understand the biology enough to engineer solutions to aging, in a timely manner. Otherwise, it will take us a very long time to understand the biochemistry enough to achieve this goal. Right now, even with our "sophistication" we can't cure many basic diseases...from cancer to issues like baldness etc. Pretty pathetic. 4 Kate Wilson Kate Wilson 11 days ago I read about Dr. Sinclair's book "Why We Age, and Why We Don't Have To," very educative. There's no point increasing lifespan without health span. The goal should be to live longer while staying young and healthy. People who say they don't want to live forever should still support this because you can always change your mind later but not if you're already dead. I have been saying this... longevity is our choice! If we want to sustain our health, we have to do something about it! This will start by knowing what supplies our body needs. Start by eating a balanced diet, quit vices, exercise regularly and take an NMN supplement. It's my 7th month taking the NMN by Vitruvin already. It's cost-effective, and I can tell that what I hear from the feedbacks online aligns as well to my experience. 2 Anne williams Anne williams 8 days ago Thanks for this genuine video! I also noticed one cost-effective NMN brand for me, it's Vitruvin Nutrition.. I believe everyone should just choose what suits them as long as it works impressively.... virtualhugwashhands 1 WayneInSpain WayneInSpain 7 months ago Great to hear from Jennifer Garrison. 4 Flooring Kings Flooring Kings 1 month ago I want to be a test subject, fully willing to clear any liabilities on the institution testing , I would legally sighn off on any side effects that come along . I donate my life to the science. Because if we can add 20 years on to the average person . And millions can benefit . To me it’s well worth it . And then if it works for me I can get more life span out of this . 1 Chuck Frasher Chuck Frasher 6 months ago Excellent presentation! 5 Aaron Kitching Aaron Kitching 1 month ago Wouldn't it be a good idea if one of these biotracking companies could measure your nutritional needs and then send you a customized multivitamin supplement on a regular/subscription-basis to bring all your vitamin/mineral levels up to the ideal levels every month/quarter. So in other words, they give you a blood test every quarter, then following that send you a supplement (your supply for the quarter) based on your needs to bring your levels for each nutrition up to the optimal levels. 1 Richard Nunziata Richard Nunziata 7 months ago How about opening up clinical challenge trials so we collectively accelerate the science 27 Luxus Häuser Luxus Häuser 6 months ago Nice to hear some great news for a change. 4 Evelyn Elaine Smith Evelyn Elaine Smith 4 months ago The trick is to live a healthy lifestyle, so everyone lives without too many comorbidities until 70, although even at that age, senior adults can lose excess weight, switch to a healthy diet, and start exercising. 2 Sara Sara 7 months ago So interesting, thank you so much. 3 Brandon Leonardo Brandon Leonardo 5 months ago Everyone, all the investors, the biotechs, and pharmacy companies , all researchers especially, have to work together just as they did with the Covid Vaccines in order to succeed with antiaging medicine, especially in short term. Greed and money cant be the drive here, being able to live a longer, healthier life with your children and spouse has to be the factor here. 6 Valart VALERIE HOPE BENNETT Valart VALERIE HOPE BENNETT 2 months ago incredible what a future, thanks for this great information success.. 1 Abhi Yadav Abhi Yadav 7 months ago Great overview of the field. 2 Duda Fox Duda Fox 5 months ago Fascinating! 7 Elliott Rubenstein Elliott Rubenstein 6 months ago Enjoyed discussion. 2 Clash Clash 7 months ago He has the appearance of a youngster. The recommendations are just the conventional: exercise more, get enough sleep, and watch the diet. Ruben Acevedo Ruben Acevedo 3 months ago Here we are trying to increase our longevity and the elites trying to reduce population by half!! 2 Sleep Smart Smash Stress Sleep Smart Smash Stress 7 months ago Our civilization is built to cater to the need of the youth and middle aged. There is paucity of senior friendly infrastructure. We are doing a pathetic job at caring for the senior population that we have. Look how many perished in seniors’ homes from COVID19. Nurses abandoned them and left them alone in many nursing homes. The dementia population is about to triple or quadruple by 2050 and by making people live longer we are only compounding the problems. There is a serious nurse shortage already with many quitting due to vaccine mandate. The future is nothing short of a horror story. It would unfold in 30-40 years. Policy makers and public better start planning how to house the seniors already here and not put in too much work to make that demographic cohort double or triple in size. We are in a deep enough hole that it is time to stop digging. My advice to all is not live past 80 you wont be able to afford it. Forget 180 and 200. Biologists have determined that maximum lifespan is 140 with only rare humans going past 120 but the quality of life is not worth hanging around. 7 Syed Akbar Syed Akbar 6 months ago The beauty of life lies in its fragility. It is beautiful BECAUSE it is short. 2 Raloufen Raloufen 7 months ago Thanks, great talk 2 Brandon Leonardo Brandon Leonardo 5 months ago Well the host just proced these experts wrong in their statement or that womans statement, that you can predict a womans life expectancy by what age a woman starts menopause. The host stated that menopause, despite rises in longevity through the years has stayed stagnant and not changed. Therefore its not connected or a marker of longevity by any means Marmelaide Marmelaide 7 months ago Aging will be a big one my father is in his 70s what if he could be young again that be a really nice present :) 7 Lee Oliver Lee Oliver 5 months ago If people are gonna start living longer, they’ll probably have more children. Sparkling Cyanide Sparkling Cyanide 3 months ago I can guarantee that none of you on the panel and nobody watching this will live to be 200 years old. Aakash Kumar Aakash Kumar 4 months ago life is one and precious, we support this... Max Powers Max Powers 6 months ago For anyone wondering if NMN works, and is perhaps concerned about people who say it does nothing, perhaps I can share my experience. I'm 36, I take 500mg a day sublingually (which in theory has better bioavailability). I exercise like crazy 4 day a week (which I'll explain the perhaps unclear relevance in a tic) My resting heart rate is 44 to 48bpm, which as I'm 93kg is "non-standard." I also take a lot of olive oil. With people whom say "they don't feel anything" I can understand this if they are not exercising. Where NMN becomes noticeable is in recovery after exercise and cardiovascular fitness, which, you wouldn't notice if you aren't pushing yourself. 3 Monika Patel Monika Patel 7 months ago Even if we have more life, what's the point when there is nothing that we can do that we want? Still we are spending time earning a living doing boring work we don't like. The aim should be quality of life with quantity. 3 Seme Dere Seme Dere 5 months ago Interesting… smart scientists !!! 2 Joshy Dillens Joshy Dillens 6 months ago fascinating…. 3 Abhi Yadav Abhi Yadav 7 months ago Dr David joined board of spermidine life company so looks to be a great opportunity de sword de sword 3 months ago Asked for long life of four days.
