I've watched many interviews with David Sinclair and this was the best by a long mile. You've definitely got a new subscriber here! 6 Grant Burris Grant Burris 7 days ago David, I follow all your talks. I have for about two years. I liked this one better than the ones with the guy who has the silly hat. This was well done. Just my opinion. Thanks for all the information you have been supplying. It very useful. 10 Adil Duredoran Adil Duredoran 6 days ago What a great interview and the host has been extremely patient and asked great questions 👍. His personal traumatic experience with losing his mother shows his human side. I read his book lifespan...brilliant! I am on omad, metformin 2G, niacin, quercetin, veg diet no diary no alcohol 40 min walks....I feel great at 61!. I have never felt better even at 30! More power to you Dr David Sinclair! Medicine plus technology is going to revolutionize how we live longer and healthier.... MJ Grant MJ Grant 17 hours ago great interview. thank you for the time stamps, they are super valuable when wanting to zero in on topics. i wish all interviewers did this. Robert Kuiper Robert Kuiper 1 day ago Thank you David for the open heart and inspiration! Grant Burris Grant Burris 7 days ago David, I made my original comment when the talk was half over. Now that I have heard the entire episode, I want to stress again, how valuable this talk was. This was miles ahead of all the others. Thank you. 2 g b g b 2 days ago This interview was the best a watchbon the last time. It's blow my mind !! So much precius information. Absolutly excellent . 1 Suzanna Dwyer Suzanna Dwyer 4 days ago It fascinates me that you and many others talking about longevity are young, 40's 50's t most. I am 80 and often wonder what you will be saying in 10 or 20 years. True I was fortunate to receive the longevity genes, I have brothers who are 84 and 85 and quite healthy too, but there must be other factors at work that you are not detecting. 6 FRITS FLAPOOR FRITS FLAPOOR 6 days ago I'm happy Sinclair admits his sleep habits are not optimal, its the same as me. Many nights i don't even sleep, i know it's bad, but this is reality. I worry too much and need to change it. But i never wear jackets, even not when its below minus 10°C and i am much younger looking than my brother and cousins who are bald grey already for years 1 Aaliyah Lee Aaliyah Lee 2 days ago Life expectancy is the average length of life of a group of individuals. The way to increase this is to get more individuals to live longer than the current average than die sooner. One way to do this is to persuade the members of the group to eat a healthy diet in moderation and to get regular exercise. I have been watching Dr. Sinclair's interview and bought his book “Why We Age and Why We Don’t Have To” very eye-opening and educative. In there, there's no point increasing lifespan without health span. The goal should be to live longer while staying young and healthy. Sinclair believes that in the foreseeable future, it's possible for humans to live beyond 120 or even 150, without the frailty, diseases and disability we now associate with old age. I hate aging and the illnesses it brings over time. NMN Vitruvin Health is the most cost-effective brand for me. DEB WEST DEB WEST 6 days ago I have always slept few hours even though I never do caffeine. I began taking NMN in the morning and immediately felt a jolt like caffeine. Now I can not sleep longer than 4 hours. I want more sleep. 1 Matt j Matt j 2 weeks ago Excellent roundoff of some wonderful techniques B R B R 4 days ago I love this guy...he literally is a gene...ious Creighton Freeman Creighton Freeman 3 days ago Regarding sleep, the Yogi Sadghuru says rest is essential, but distinguishes between rest and sleep. Most people do not know how to rest without sleeping though. I have noticed that when doing certain kinds of breath work, I need less sleep. Jatinder Singh Jatinder Singh 4 days ago (edited) What are the tests available to see your health and age? You may live really long, time is changing. Thanks. Sebastian Niemann Sebastian Niemann 5 days ago great interview 🙏🖖❤️ Esther Jaedi Esther Jaedi 5 days ago Iv now listed to several podcasts like this to living your best health with longevity in mind. However, all you scientist drs do mention in your videos that a good protein diet, resistance exercising, good sleep, meditate, de stressing and positive attitudes contribute to this. What I’m still confused about is that one Dr says that the carnivore diets supersede the plant protein diets. Tho Dr Sinclair discourages carnivore as not good at all for longevity. Why is this so controversial. Thank you. Great interview 01maggie 01maggie 8 days ago My 98 year old Mom sleeps 12 hours every night. She was always napping when I was a little girl. She said even as a child she would sleep until noon on weekends. Friends would come to play and her mother said .. Florence is still sleeping... Maybe she has a lot of melatonin in her system??? By the way she will be 99 this October!! She had covid a few months ago and did well!! Actually better than me... I found the NMN and Transreservatol saved me from long covid. Wish I took it during the acute phase .. Also chaga mushroom..game changer...stops cytokine storm which happens with Covid!! Chaga also kills cancer!! 1 LaaneyChoonz LaaneyChoonz 8 days ago David Sinclair should write a Cookbook! Foods to live longer! 1 Richard Middleton Richard Middleton 5 days ago Interesting about eating less protein increases life yet being strong with a good amount of lean muscle mass is also linked to increase life expectancy. I'm confused now! Is it simply animal protein that should be minimised? 2 Joseph Whittle Joseph Whittle 7 days ago David, please tell us about linoleic acid and how to lower our exposure. Totally invalidates the point of a PHD if he ignores the big things like bioavailability of protein sources, quality of fat soluble vitamins and fatty acids while ignoring oxalates phytates and lectins in plant foods. I will easily outlive this well meaning fool, but not before his terrible advice ruins tens of thousands of lives. amma Braun amma Braun 11 days ago Thank you G SOUNDRA PANDIAN G SOUNDRA PANDIAN 7 days ago Prof.Sinclair, please do not fast too much as you will become thin. Your face muscles seem to be reduced, not appearing tight but appear to be slightly hanging that will soon make you to appear older. The face of the interviewer is looking much healthier than yours. We must find an antiaging solution by eating 3 times food per day with out any fasting. 01maggie 01maggie 12 days ago Does David Sinclair have a new book coming??
