肠道是一个非常重要的器官，它影响着我们的免疫系统、精神状态和整体健康。我们大多数人都不会太注意到它，除非出了问题。然而，通常情况下，直到问题变得严重时，我们才知道某些事情是不正常的。还有一些我们可能没有意识到的健康问题也是从消化系统健康开始的，因为它们的症状会出现在肠道之外的地方，比如大脑、关节和皮肤。那么，正常健康的肠道状态应该是什么样的呢？如何判断自己的肠道是否健康呢？ 如何判断你的肠道是否健康？ 我们如何判断自己的肠道是否健康并且正常运作呢？其实，关注消化系统和整体健康最简单的方法之一就是关注排便的质量和频率。 这听起来可能会让人恶心，经常被视为禁忌，但这一话题却非常重要。大便的形状、大小、颜色、质地和气味可以帮助你判断消化系统的健康状况，这样你就可以通过饮食干预和/或必要时通过医疗干预来纠正问题。 同样重要的是，要考虑身体和精神上的整体感受，有什么潜在的不适或健康问题，以及总体能量水平。 正常消化 要判断消化系统是否异常，最好的指标之一就是问题是否反复出现。长期、持续或反复的偏离正常消化需要引起重视。 腹胀 在节假日或者其它过度放纵的时候，我们很多人可能都会出现腹胀或胀气等，但这些问题不应该成为常态。引起腹部明显肿胀的腹胀通常是肠道对我们吃的东西的反应，有时候可能只是因为吃得太多而腹胀，但有时是某种食物所导致。高脂肪食物需要更长的时间才能被分解，并在消化道停留更长的时间，它们会让人产生吃饱的感觉。 有时，腹胀是由于消化道内气体过多造成的。消化道中大约50%的气体是我们吞下的空气。如果我们吃得太快或者喝碳酸饮料，都会使问题更加严重。压力和焦虑也会导致人们吞下额外的空气。 有些食物比其它食物更容易导致腹胀，比如过量摄入豆类、果糖、乳制品等有时也容易腹胀。每个人对这些食物都有不同程度的耐受性。有些食物营养丰富，富含有益肠道健康的膳食纤维，但并不是每个人都能轻松分解这些食物，至少不能大量分解。如果你摄入这些食物经常胃胀气和腹胀，那就少吃这些食物。两餐之间多喝水也可以帮助膳食纤维通过消化道，防止腹胀。 小肠细菌过度生长也会导致严重的腹胀。下次当你感到肚子胀得连裤子都扣不上的时候，如果没有吃得太多或者没有吃一些不耐受的食物，注意一下最近的一餐都吃了些什么。精制碳水化合物，比如白米、白面等，通常是引起小肠细菌过度生长和严重腹胀的罪魁祸首。 胃酸反流 胃酸反流有时也被称为胃灼热，当食管下括约肌闭合得不够紧密，胃酸渗入食道时就会发生，它会在上腹部和胸部区域产生灼烧感。如果这种情况只是偶尔发生，那也不是什么大问题；但是，持续的胃灼热会侵蚀食道内壁，导致其它严重的健康问题。 肠鸣 肠道蠕动时，肠道内的气体和液体随之流动，会发出断断续续的咕噜声，这就是肠鸣。一般情况下，肠鸣音低弱而和缓，难以听到。然而，有时，它们代表着一些更严重的问题。腹泻时粪便通常呈水样，肠鸣音往往会更大，因为更多的物质和气体快速通过肠道。偶尔腹泻不是大问题，但是慢性腹泻会导致脱水、营养流失和疾病。 一些潜在的疾病也会降低身体分解某些食物或吸收关键营养物质的能力，也会导致肠鸣音过大。如果食物没有被充分消化和吸收而进入大肠，肠道中的细菌会使这些物质发酵并释放气体，并产生更多的液体，刺激收缩，导致肠鸣音过大。如果肠鸣音异常或者破坏了你的生活质量，请寻求专业的医疗建议。 便秘和腹泻 我们很多人都有不同程度的肠胃问题，但是绝大多数人会因为尴尬而不愿公开谈论这些问题。记住，肛门排出的物质是废物，它含有需要清除的毒素。如果你每天没有规律地至少排便一次，那就有问题了。旅行或疾病造成的暂时不规律是例外，如果长期如此就应该引起重视。 如果你一周只排便两三次，那很可能是便秘，需要在两餐之间多喝水，慢慢增加膳食纤维的摄入量；如果你一天大便超过五次，大便呈水状，那你就是患有慢性腹泻。这两种情况都会对你的肠道造成刺激，从而导致严重的健康问题。 便秘也是一个问题，因为它会导致你在排便时不得不用力推。这会使直肠组织紧张，并导致撕裂、出血和血管扩张，这就是痔疮。结直肠组织的刺激会使以后的排便不舒服甚至困难。便秘会让人觉得总有排便不尽感，这表明你的排便真的不完全。 粪便状态 除了排便的频率和难易程度，还要检查粪便本身的状态。如果它们浮在马桶水面上，可能含有过多的脂肪，这可能表明你的小肠在吸收脂肪方面和可能在吸收其它营养物质方面存在问题。 健康的粪便应该是棕色的，不正常的颜色，比如鲜红色，灰白色或黑色的大便是值得关注的。鲜红色的粪便表明在接近消化道末端的地方有出血，比如痔疮；某些药物会使粪便呈灰白色，胆汁淤积或胆汁没有正常排泄到肠道导致肠道里胆汁缺乏也会如此；黑色大便通常是由上消化道出血造成的。当然，粪便呈现黑色也可能跟食物有关，比如摄入墨鱼汁、食用竹炭粉等，这种情况不用担心，一般停止摄入这类食物后就会恢复原来的颜色。如果出现大便颜色异常，应该引起重视。 排便不健康的另一个标志就是恶臭。这可能是因为吃了大量的肉类或富含蛋白质的东西，如果发现自己粪便恶臭，可以先回想一下前一餐是否摄入这类食物，如果没有，有可能是肠道出现问题的信号。 如果发现上述提到的所有异常情况持续存在，一定要引起重视，试着克服尴尬，和专业医疗人员谈谈。 2、心理健康问题 肠道是否健康除了关注肠道生理症状以外，也要评估一下心理健康状况。因为，我们知道大脑和肠道之间是相互沟通交流的，心理状态会影响肠道功能，那么肠道功能会影响我们的心理健康状态也就不足为奇了。压力、焦虑、注意力不集中和其它心理问题都与不健康的肠道有关。 当我们感到紧张或沮丧时，我们的大脑会向整个身体发送信号，包括胃肠道。压力会影响肠道收缩和胃液的分泌，这可能导致恶心、肠道疼痛甚至炎症，让你更容易被感染。我们前面讨论过的所有消化异常的症状（胃酸反流、排便异常、放屁过多和腹胀等）都可以由压力引起或加剧。 镁缺乏是比较少见的缺乏症之一。但是，如果肠道不正常，或者有其它需要服药的潜在健康问题，或者喝了很多酒，你可能就会成为镁缺乏的受害者。镁有助于骨骼健康和能量水平，如果体内这种矿物质含量低，你会感到疲劳、虚弱、恶心甚至呕吐。极低的镁水平会导致麻木、抽筋、痉挛、心跳异常，甚至导致钾和钙水平更低。 如果你缺乏维生素，可以通过补充剂来补救，但这应该只在短期内有必要，最好的方式还是通过营养均衡的饮食来缓解，并促进肠道健康。 4、抗生素使用 任何有过某种严重感染的人都明白，抗生素确实可以拯救生命。但是注意，抗生素，顾名思义就是“对抗生命”，它们是用来杀死致病细菌的神药，然而它也会杀死生活在肠道内的有益细菌。 我们的肠道是数以万亿计细菌的家园，它们有助于消化、免疫和肠脑交流。这些细菌与我们互惠共生，肠道菌群平衡对于维持我们的身心健康至关重要。有一点可以肯定的是，抗生素会破坏这种平衡。 肠道有益细菌大量死亡是使用抗生素没有得到足够关注的主要副作用。正常情况下，肠道有害细菌通常在有益细菌的控制之下，使用抗生素杀死有害细菌的同时也会杀死有益细菌，这个时候有害细菌通常会在有益细菌有机会赶上之前就在我们的肠道内重新繁殖。这种不平衡会改变肠道细菌与肠道内壁的沟通方式，破坏营养吸收及其输送到其它身体系统的整个过程。肠道细菌失衡的最终结果可能导致消化不适、肠易激综合征、酵母菌感染，代谢综合征甚至精神问题。
