Tony Robbins /Mark Hyman, MD REVERSING YOUR AGE & Living To 12

Mark Hyman, MD 595K subscribers Get my FREE guide 3 Steps to Reverse Aging when you sign up for my weekly health picks 👉https://bit.ly/IncreaseHealthspan Just five years ago, the concept of age reversal was considered crazy. Now, it’s the hottest topic in research, as we continuously discover exciting interventions that can actually reverse our biological age. I’ve experienced these amazing advances firsthand—chronologically I’m 62, but my biological, or “inner” age, is only 39. And I’m not the only one who’s become fascinated by the science of age reversal and reaped the benefits. Today on The Doctor’s Farmacy, I talk to Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis about their research and personal journeys in aging backwards using a range of simple, accessible interventions and the latest health-tech. Tony Robbins is an entrepreneur, #1 New York Times bestselling author, and philanthropist honored by Accenture as one of the top 50 business intellectuals in the world. Through his philanthropy and partnership with Feeding America, he has provided more than 800 million meals and is on track to provide 1 billion meals by 2025. Peter Diamandis is the founder and executive chairman of the XPRIZE Foundation, which leads the world in designing and operating large-scale incentive competitions. He was recently named by Fortune as one of the “World’s 50 Greatest Leaders.” He is also the executive founder of Singularity University, a graduate-level Silicon Valley institution that counsels the world's leaders on exponentially growing technologies. Fadia Ziadeh Fadia Ziadeh 4 months ago First is thank you Dr. Hyman. The information you bring us is changing and enhancing our lives. I wanted to share my experience with Stem Cell. I've had arthritis for the last 30 years. I would never take any prescribed Med. and I managed it with supplements until I had an accident in my barn. The specialists in that field told me I need to have knee replacement. One actually told me to sell my farm and my animals and buy a first level condo and walk with crutches. I never give up and I always know there is a better way. So, I did the research and opted to try the amniotic stem cell therapy for my knees along with a prp treatment. Now 3 years later my knee pain is barely felt, and as I am as healthy as I always have been and best part, I still have my farm, my horses and my pets. PS doing the pegan diet also removed all inflammation from my body. So thank you again Dr. Hyman. I also love your dream for life's end. I hope I get to live that one as well. With all the love and gratitude 13 Blind Warrior Blind Warrior 5 months ago Awesome video I cried several times throughout this video really touch me I have been implementing some of the things you guys were talking about really interested in stem cells right now what David Sinclair's video about the mice and I'm legally blind in one eye so it really touching and I feel like I'm being called right now to something greater than myself so this was an awesome video thank you and God bless pause 15 jacquelyn myers jacquelyn myers 5 months ago Thank you for sharing all of this cutting edge information on age reversal, health and wellness. You guys are so informative, amazing and inspiring. However the average person can’t afford most of the tests you referred to. My husband and I are 67 and 69 years old and healthy because we lived all those years on a healthy diet and maybe even have a happy go lucky mindset. I read Tony Robbins books decades ago and followed his advice and today I'm happy that we did. But, and yes, there is a big BUT. We feel "old age" now. Less strength, little aches and pains here and there ... We are very active in doing lots of things and neighbours and friends are remarking on it. And we want to continue to be so active, now that we have our pension and can do what we want and there is sooooo much to do! So we want to implement the suggestions in the book we can do now and aspire to get through the next 15 years until the new breakthroughs will be available. We have already ordered the book. Thank you again, we almost felt "down" a bit, but now we have new hope for a happy and healthy "old age". 1 Eclectictomboy Eclectictomboy 4 months ago Know what I think your top tip is for longevity Dr. Hyman? Have to admit though that watching three entitled white men on their 60's, all top earners, having excess to things most of us can only wish for, made me move uncomfortably in my seat. However, still appreciate greatly the knowledge exchanged and the tikoon olam good intention behind these videos and the participants. So thank you... And a lot of these things are free: walking , meditation and mindfulness, sleeping 😴 , hugging someone, making better food choices. A typical nursing home stay is around 10,000$ a month if you’re not on Medicaid which is a lot more expensive than making healthy choices earlier in your life to prevent debilitating diseases. From diagnosis of Alzheimer’s to death can cost a family on average $350,000 (Dr Dale Bredesen) if you put this into perspective the cost to be healthier is much much less than the cost to be unhealthy. 4 David Babin David Babin 3 months ago Excellent poscast i really enjoyed learning about 'Fountain Life', 'Peptides' and 'Metaphormin' I'd never heard of those in the past. I also found Microbiotech to be very intriguing as well. It's hard to believe how much we are advancing in the health care industry and it's thank to people like you that are leading the way towards furture the happiness of humanity. I would not want to live such a long life if my loved ones and friends did not also survive in good physical and mental health.. Thank you so much Cathy Sparks Cathy Sparks 3 months ago Peter is wrong in one area…God says in Genesis that he made the man to live 120 years. Also in Psalm 91, we will be satisfied with long life. Peter says the body was originally designed to live to only 30-35 yrs. So although I do find this podcast fascinating, people (including doctors, scientists and researchers) are just now coming around to the body and lifespan that God designed initially. God is most certainly not catching up to our “new and improved discoveries”.
