Today, I'm going to cover seven foods that could actually kill you. Stay safe and better your health by avoiding these foods. Keep in mind that you won't be eating some of these foods anyway if you're on the ketogenic diet. Just one more reason why getting on the Healthy Keto diet is a great idea!
7 foods that can kill you:
1. Green potatoes
Don’t consume potatoes. If you do, cut off the green parts.
2. Nutmeg
If you use nutmeg, use it sparingly.
3. Green raw almonds and raw cashews
Instead of buying bitter almonds, buy sweet almonds or roasted almonds.
4. Undercooked red kidney beans
Soak them for at least 5 hours, then boil them. Don’t slow cook them.
5. Brown rice
Don’t consume brown rice at all.
6. Uncooked bloody hamburger
Make sure you consume high-quality beef. Also, make sure it’s cooked to the point where there is no potential for E.coli.
7. Cherry pits
Don’t eat cherries. If you do, try your best not to accidentally swallow a cherry pit.

We had cherry trees and I ate a TON of cherries growing up. Also ate most of the pits, too - still alive and well after 40 years.

When I was a teenager I used to eat green raw almonds, not too many of course and nothing happened to me. Also I thought that rice in general contained cyanide not only brown.I admit that nutmeg surprised me.

I never knew nut meg was harmful. I grew up in a country that nutmeg and cinnamon are one of our favorite spices especially used in porridge and some homemade drinks. Maybe it depends on where it's grown.

Nutmeg is fine and safe as a spice in amount as low as a pinch for 4 servings and Indians have used it for centuries.

Actually we consume artificial and processed foods now a days instead of Organic diet which can lead to so many health issues like cancer, hormonal imbalance, hypertension, diabetes and so many heart diseases.... CRAP! I just ate 1/2 cup of kidney beans 2 hours ago (felt a little uncooked) and I've got potatoes on the counter for tomorrow. I'm F&$%ED!! If I make it to tomorrow, thank you in advance Dr. Berg for talking me off the ledge! 😵💫
Edit: I also had brown rice WITH my kidney beans!! This is getting worse and worse! 🤢🤢
Edit Edit: AND I've got frozen cherries in the freezer. Writing my WILL as we speak!

Nutmeg? I'm from the Caribbean. We hv used Nutmeg for centuries. Suitable amounts that is. It's quite medicinal amd actually relieves my headaches rather than aggravating them
