I am aware it takes your time and effort and no doubt you have lots of other things you could be doing. This is just an incredible resource! 130 J2.A.M.p Thomas J2.A.M.p Thomas 2 months ago I don’t typically comment, but wanted to confirm that I appreciate Matt’s role (cohost) in this podcast. He tends to ask the very questions I have as a listener. 204 Sheila Bella Sheila Bella 1 month ago What a great episode! Thank you both! I have to agree with the others who commented that MATT’s role in this is KEY! I never comment but I just had to say how I have an easier time learning this stuff because of his participation. 18 Jeana Shchuchinov Jeana Shchuchinov 2 months ago I love your podcast, I can’t get enough. I was exercising, fasting, eating right, and taking supplements until the spring of 2020. Time to get focused on longevity once again. 8 HardForking HardForking 2 months ago The best podcast I've found. You guys are fantastic, please keep this going. I've followed David's works for a number of years and put him right up there as one of the best humans we have on this planet. 15 Pops Pops 2 months ago I feel so blessed to have found this podcast at 24, thank you both tremendously🤟🏻 26 Ceci Palacios Ceci Palacios 2 months ago Great podcast! As a 68 years old my focus in healthy aging! Thus, I completely agree with Dr Sinclair said that we need to take care of our brain not only for us but for our family as well. 32 sciencensorcery sciencensorcery 2 months ago Folic acid is not B-12. It's the synthetic form of folate, which is B-9. Many people are unable to properly utilize folic acid and need to take folate — but some people also need that folate to be pre-methylated. And others can react poorly to methylated folate (I experienced this myself a few months ago and the effect was staggering). It's a bit complex but worth looking into before you supplement (or if you start and don't take to it well) so you know which form you need! 119 Sunshine City Personal Training Sunshine City Personal Training 2 months ago Really enjoying the progression of these, excited for the next episode! 21 Stephen Young Stephen Young 1 month ago As an extremely busy professional and getting a little older, I enjoy learning about avenues that could help keep me optimizing my overall function/performance. Just wish I could have dinner earlier instead of later but it is a special time to enjoy a great meal, glass of wine with my hubby and chit chat, laugh, listen to great music..that’s a great health fix for me!! 4 Isabelle Ebel Isabelle Ebel 2 months ago Thank you so much for this great podcast! would like to know if it is ok to take Metformin and Resveratrol with the same meal all at once or would this reduce/inhibit the positive effects? 5 Jane Lessa Jane Lessa 2 months ago Special thanks to Dr. Sinclair for delivering true science to our homes. I love neuroscience, so this is a fantastic episode!I Also would like to comment that the conversation format is great. Matt does a really good job. Tks everyone that makes this happen. 6 Calvin Scott Calvin Scott 2 months ago Thank you guys so much for doing what you do! It’s really mind opening learning from you Mr. Sinclair. I have one question that you may be able to shed some light on. Is any kind of intermittent fasting acceptable if one is missing their gallbladder? 1 stephen lucier stephen lucier 2 months ago This is amazingly informative, please don’t stop at 8! 16 Alice Clark Alice Clark 1 month ago Thank you for making this podcast. If you guys continue with the podcast, I would greatly appreciate further elaboration on this topic. I am only 29, but my brain has deep white matter lesions, which are very uncommon at my age, but very common in the elderly. If you guys could explore the research on this topic, it would be greatly appreciated. I've been looking into as many papers as i can find on the topic, but I don't have the same access to the journals that you have. Thank you all!! A question about fasting for David: what do you prescribe for your children? Is one meal a day your recommendation to anyone of any age? If not, what age do you recommend starting that protocol? Additionally, I wanted to share that algae oil is a perfect vegan EPA/DHA source/supplement that circumvents the fish oil route. In fact, it’s what the omega 3 rich fish consume too! Highly recommended! 3 ritim ritim 2 months ago one of the few person on youtube that i deeply respect , thanks David for all of fantastic work and sharing to public. 6 Vicky Daisy Vicky Daisy 1 month ago Love both of you and your podcast. Thank you for making it happens. 1 Dede Koll Dede Koll 1 month ago yes..please keep going with this podcast! It is so very important for us all. 1 Felix Sosa Felix Sosa 1 month ago Something I've been wanting David to take a shot at answering: what is (roughly) the appropriate age to begin with some of these interventions? For example, should I start taking supplements (NMN, Resveratrol) at 30? Late 20s? Late 30s? Or should all of these questions be determined by blood tests? Michael Allen Michael Allen 2 months ago (edited) I love this casual, engaged and authentic conversation. I'm more a creative writer/philosopher than a scientist. But I thank god for good scientists like these two. I think we're coming into a better age -- the age of conversation (which has always been my greatest teacher), wherein the sound bite media slowly, and quite painfully, dies. 5 monster paw monster paw 1 month ago Probably going to need to watch these 100 more times 🤯 Thank you for making these videos 🥰🙏 1 qski1 qski1 1 month ago Looking forward to the next season, please continue! So glad this channel was created it really easy to follow and so much valuable information. X 2 Paige Walker Paige Walker 3 weeks ago This episode was the one that finally got me to share this with my parents- the others were super inspiring to me, but not enough to make me feel like my elderly parents might actually take action. "The Average onset of dementia is 80 years old" - this episode made me feel like I'm doing a disservice NOT to share this with my parents! Thank you for making this info available to the masses! George Rodriguez George Rodriguez 2 months ago Thanks for doing this podcast. Very good information, live changing. TheBladeMasterOfLove TheBladeMasterOfLove 2 months ago (edited) Exceptionally episode as always. You really complement each other well! Jessica Bennett Jessica Bennett 2 months ago Love these podcasts! Two questions. I see several pts with elevated B12, is this of concern or does it indicate anything? Also, is there a list of recommended targeted levels of each vitamin we should reach to have optimal levels not just ones in the “normal” range? Thank you! Brenda Spalding Brenda Spalding 3 weeks ago David I’ve seen you on Joe Rogan’s podcast. You’re one my favorite guest. I’m so happy that you’re doing your own podcast.
