I live in Florida and try to get nearly full body exposure for 10 to 15 minutes a day on top of normal exposure and my D3 levels hardly budge, maybe 5 ng/ml difference. I still have to use 5,000 IU /d to get into the 40 to 50 ng/ml range. I've seen several longevity video's where Melatonin is reccommended but All my checks infer that the pre-cursor Tryptophan is better as Melatonin follows a circardium rhythmn that could stop being triggered. Most types of C very well might as well be beach sand.
