I just always feel happy and joyful. Probably just my body works that way. Because I can't understand depression or suicide or feeling down. I just feel happy unless something serious goes wrong. Then I can feel stress or anger etc. My fav is yoghurt, I open a yoghurt an feel such joy about what it means that we live in a society so we'll organized that I can sit at home with a yoghurt. I goes from a farmer with animals and grass, to being milked, to being processed into yoghurt, to being sold, then transported to a shop that holds all kinds of food, any I could want, then I buy it and come home in a car that I didn't make, then I keep it in a fridge I didn't make which chills it for a whole week with electricity I didn't produce, and when I'm ready, I pull out a spoon I didn't make, and enjoy a nice chilled yoghurt with a squirt of honey. It's sublime. It's incredible to be alive. 29 Reply 3 replies @nathangriffo1615 @nathangriffo1615 2 years ago No question about it - this is one of the best conversations I’ve ever heard 52 Reply 1 reply @amaxim5586 @amaxim5586 2 years ago appreciate the pushback on over-optimization lex! 15 Reply @GreedPrayer @GreedPrayer 5 months ago I think it's time for round 2. I often experience states of joy that my friends or significant other can't understand. If I had a 50 vector analysis report of that experience and I could compare it with ways in which they experience joy, we could all have a lot of understanding and maybe even work in ways that could maximize analogous vectors for all of us so we could all experience a similar state of mind simultaneously, with or without chemical assistance 👹 51 Reply @adamw6315 @adamw6315 2 years ago (edited) How close are we to a “mind pong” style demonstration with kernel flow? We need to remember that there is nearly 20 years between these guys, and your late 20s and 30s are HUGE in your changing mindset - Bryan's mentality is very much that of a middle-aged man, whereas Lex's is still tied to his youth. 1 Reply @Humanaut. @Humanaut. 2 years ago (edited) An inspiring individual. That is so inspiring. I am aware that most of ppl dnt agree with his believe as most ppl have been programmed and brainwashed to follow one way of living which is getting sick and weaker. For me since little has been a path that I could not really share with anyone but anyways caring about yourself I still think is the way to go. As a humble follower, I can tell you I listen to your work with quiet admiration to implement to the best of my ability, and I couldn't be more grateful you give it away for free as you do. Keep on the great work. Greetings from Chile 😁🙏 22 Reply @escoacorrere @escoacorrere 4 months ago I’m glad that someone in the world is so interested in research on their own body. You certainly deserve all of the positive feedback you receive. There are not enough words of gratitude to express how much progress you're doing for humanity. Thank you. 1 Reply @christy_tice @christy_tice 4 months ago I just found you 4 days ago. Havn’t felt this inspired in years. Already making adjustments in how I see my relationship with my mind. Out of that.. I’m making new food choices. 🎉 Reply @kimberlybaca7549 @kimberlybaca7549 2 months ago I cannot even believe how much you feel compassion for humanity even though you e been attacked and so it speaks volumes of your personal growth and transformation toward what matters most. I am grateful to you for stepping into a role few would choose. Giving selflessly to those you do not know. I hope your results are compelling to those who it matters most to perpetuate the right mindset for the future that is love and light. Bravo to you for so much I do not know and learn from being able to see your project results, process, wins, and struggles.
