And immediately i think about my dad (78) who currently uses 7 types of drugs for a not directly life threatening hart condition. As the brain and the hart are big energy users, anything that decreases mitochondrial function will also negatively influence the hart and brain in some way. I know my dad is n=1, but since he is on so many medicine he has been quite lethargic, a little depressed and has lost interest in a lot of activities that he used to love. I find it hart breaking to see him like this. 5 Theriome Reply @floridanaturalfarming3367 @floridanaturalfarming3367 4 days ago Excellent prentation🐸thank you❤ 4 Theriome Reply @howardchristiansen5449 @howardchristiansen5449 1 day ago I am an analytical chemist with significant experience running a variety of different instruments and mass spectrometric methods in research and regulatory positions. I have too many comments and questions to ask them all here at this point but I am most interested in how you validate instrumental reproducibility day to day, how you validate method reproducibility day to day, how you can ascertain sample condition once it reaches you, what your sample storage requirements entail, how long you keep samples to rerun them for sample storage stability data, and many more questions. There are also the questions related to how extensive short term emotional stress levels affect short term metabolite production variability and therefore how much variability in the metabolite panel that you quantify varies day to day, week to week, and possibly hour to hour. What you are doing is impressive if it's done to the same kinds of standards that federal oversight agencies require of labs in the medical field for certification by the corresponding certification protocol. I may be calling you for more information at some point. Reply @petersbigadventure @petersbigadventure 2 days ago Are mitochondria more efficient / effective burning carbohydrates/ sugars or fats / ketones? 1 Reply @vitaminboss @vitaminboss 21 hours ago If someone is already taking mitochondrial supplements because they depend on them to function day to day, should they discontinue use for some time prior to taking this test? Reply @carolapersoon7501 @carolapersoon7501 4 days ago Screen time. The more screen time, the more unhealthy metabolites. But did you correct for other factors like nutrition and exercise? People with less screen time may also make healthier life choices . 4 Reply 1 reply @newyorkskier @newyorkskier 2 days ago I don't see any significant applications of AI at this point. Everything that we say is AI is merely further advancement of the computing revolution. We are merely giving a new name to this improvement for marketing purposes 3 Reply @am-xk3xs @am-xk3xs 4 days ago Wonderful info. Kudos on the research.
