Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going?
To unravel this basic question, it is necessary to see things from an interdisciplinary perspective, which transcends the boundaries between each scientific discipline such as astronomy, planetary science, geology, biology, physics, chemistry, etc.
We will answer this ever-important question through developing innovations with a new point of view which is delivered through decades-worth of interdisciplinary research.

!!! I never knew that! At the beginning. It's as though 2 galaxies had sex and made babies, us! Gaia-Enceladus, a dwarf galaxy, collided with, merged with the Milky Way, creating much star formation. This made our start, sun, earth, moon and later life.

Human irresponsibility is a MUCH bigger cause of explosive population growth than the intake of nutritious meals.
...the intake of nutritious meals 🙄
Plus, too much emergency medicine inhibits natural selection.

This story gave me a lot of knowledge about how Earth was made and how animals/insect/humans made, it's really amazing but I hope lots of people will saw how this story give us a lesson how to take care of our earth because suddenly some people doesn't care about this kind of topic, because for me it does make sense for me to know about this topic, it's really important to know more about things that made by our own earth planet, hope that this story will be published in the whole world and people will know and appreciate how natures made, thanks to this video because it really gives me more lesson how to take care of our nature kinda really appreciate it so muchhh and I also I really love science that's why I love to learn more about this kind of a topic so yeah that's all.

A meteor the was found on Earth contained 11% water and could explain why so many planets have or had water but the Earths Atmosphere stopped it from evaporating into space.

This documentary introduces some concepts quite different from what I have learned either in or out of class. Some of them like dark nebulas seem a little farfetched at the time I am writing this. I'll look into more of this later.

Mais de 4.5 bilhões de anos atrás, a galáxia Via Láctea colidiu com uma galáxia anã próxima. O encontro acelerou a formação de estrelas.
Nosso Sistema Solar é uma parte da galáxia Via Láctea.
Dentro do Sistema Solar, a circulação material vinha progredindo.

This is why countless people dedicate their lives for science. Any given scientist will typically add only a tiny piece of discovery and understanding, but collectively humans are able to construct almost godlike knowledge about the nature of our existence. There is still so much we don't know and there are unproven hypotheses within the video, but to have a narrative of our origin is something to be very grateful for.

Earth would be better without humans.
Allow nature to develop and animals to thrive.
Humans are the worst thing on this planet as we destroy and kill everything
We are selfish and think we own the planet and that's our downfall

Great documentary! I thought I had heard it all but actually learned quite a bit. I especially like how they were able to summarize the entire history of Earth and life on Earth in one hour! I only wish they had spent a minute or two discussing how evolution works, especially in the development of multicellular organisms and complex systems as in eyes, brains, etc. And what's up with that one ice age they gave no reason for?

We were shaped by cosmic forces and by this planet; our fate is tied to it. No alien life form could thrive here, since we were forged by this planet to survive on this planet. So, we're safe from that threat; what we're not safe from is our own self-destruction. Because of our limited capacity to understand our fragile & temporary place in the evolution of the planet, we cannot appreciate our effect on this planet. Yes, climatic changes have changed the fate of the Earth many times over; yes, climate change is a naturally occurring phenomenon....But the rate at which we are propelling that change means we have not evolved enough to adapt to or survive that cataclysmic change, when it does come -- in our lifetime! We are the latest/crown in the evolutionary process of life on Earth, but certainly not it's most intelligent!

Now I got caught in the middle of an existential crisis… however, thank you so much for this amazing representation of our history and future. I strongly feel like I have a quest, alongside the other human beings, to develop new forms of intelligence and spread life through other spacial bodies. Sounds sooo fictional and a little bit crazy but in the end of the day I think that’s the true. We’re finite here. Our civilization won’t last forever, the Earth as we know it won’t last forever, WE won’t last forever. But knowledge is timeless.

For a moment, I felt like watching a biopic of Mother Earth!! From start to finish watching this has given me a feeling that will match none!! It gives me a feeling that no matter what how much powerful and bolder we are we all have to go through the natural cycle and will have to face the extinction one day and eventually what follows is just history!

Not at all like genesis, is it? I'm a scientist, and find it amazing that people have so little interest, in modern times, in truth and the study of geology and all sciences. Yet they will still give time, money, energy and their very children to institutions that still repeat the falsities of the past. Maybe that will change soon.
Great video, absolutely stunning, all based on evidence. What a great thing that is!

Just wondering about the fact that we are blessed with such beautiful planet 🌎, its given us everything. The last scene where the earth disappeared into the sun made me realize that there is nothing more powerful than humanity. We shall stand together as human beings and try and extend the life span of our mother earth 🌍

It is the best explanation of "where do we come from". However. Second law of thermodynamics (entropy always increases) dictates that complexity should decrease (higher entropy) NOT increase (formation of life forms). So there lies the mystery of life....

Mass extinction upon mass extinction. A pattern. Former organisms bring replaced with better, more efficient organisms.
We are next. Our time will come.
The day when humans will erased and replaced by a better organism.
Machines?

I'm 64, and so glad that my past several generations and I got live on earth when it was in it's absolute prime, of a rare, precious, miracle of a planet, with all of the magical life and entertainment that went along with it. I wonder if our creator new that all this would finally come to fruition before it was ruined.

"Nature" is everything ... every where.
It's refreshing to see such informative videos of factual truth of reality..... Before the human mind evolved to the ability to have false ideals of reality.
Called "beliefs" .... Lower form of primate thinking based on fears and misunderstandings of "Nature" and all that force encompasses ... Trust in the factual truth of reality.... "Nature" and it's most precious gift.... "Life" ❤ ✌ 🌎 🌙

We humans are but custodians of this planet. This video emphasises how small and insignificant we are in the grand scheme of the Universe. I think great benefit will come from showing this to children - probably at around 15-16 years old. This video, I feel, would go a long way in instilling a sense of urgency, meaning and gratitude in those young people. This life and planet are fragile - we must live our lives accordingly.

I feel like a child in a science class all over again. So much knowledge and yet it seems to only lead to so many more questions. The feeling of dissatisfaction feels exciting now and there is in no school anymore to make it feel wrong to keep asking questions anymore.
I wish every child gets to see and understand this at the right time.

I am simply stunned in the most positive way, from the sheer educational power of this encyclopedic presentation of the history of our Earth and Life. Thank you a centillion times over for the stellar purity of the concentration of this knowledge. It is presented in a way that even a layman like myself can easily absorb and completely appreciate. Questions that I have had since childhood have been answered here with seemingly effortless expression. To me this demonstrates a voluminous mastery of so many subjects necessary to explain the vast complexity of the Earth and its formation and ongoing evolution. Thank you.

It’s the basic information (like this) that brings me peace in this world of chaos.
So many questions about the ‘why’ & ‘meaning’ of life. So many philosophers & scientists contemplating for answers. So many politicians, preachers, and religions screaming their answers. Yet, evidence is right in front of us: we are all, the earth & it’s inhabitants, made up from the same building blocks of life. Just egos or self-awareness trying to push our survival’s will to evolve.
Superiority is just an illusion.
The only meaning is what we make of it.
It’s fucking amazing.

At some point, pure physics of coincidental interactions formed the very basics of proto RNA and eventually DNA, but at some point, it started self evolving without basic coincidental interactions. At some point, it went from coincidental unique interactions to self evolution, where DNA and etc evolved on its own in a more intelligent way, leading to the eventual creation of complex organisms that continued to improve on its own over time. Eventually DNA strands grew to retain massive databases worth of information that continued to evolve on its own. Life forms became more advanced and developed senses, brains, etc.. The intelligence of evolution blows my mind. It blows my mind that evolution itself have literally built weapons into insects. I need to learn more about how evolution works and how it makes its decisions to improve life forms.

Uranium ore omitted large amounts of radiation, creating a diverse rage of materials, and eventually producing the early building blocks of life. Amino acid, Phosphorous acid and Nucleobase. Water boiled and rose up to the surface, and the surface water flowed back down into the natural nuclear reactor. The temperature of the geyser water remained below 100 C, protecting the newly formed bio-molecules 8:08

We were never alive to comprehend this immense complexity, and no one will be alive when earth's time ends. The average human lifetime is practically zero in terms of the evolutionary timescale of the earth, and yet we engage in wars, conflict, problems that arise from such futile disagreements that our ancestors wouldn't be so proud of.

If We Continue To Litter On Mother Earth Or Even Cut Trees,; It's Just Harrasment To Our Mother Earth Where We Lived. Mother Earth Fight a Big Wave Just For Us To Live On a Habitable Planet.

I have spent my life pondering the science of many things, picking at pieces, joining others together, as for this production it really was an eye opener about the linkages; random at times, eyebrow raising purposeful at others, the production helped me to understand several things that were previously disconnected in my mind. This shows so well how given such a massive 5000th power+ number of variables, AND an amount of time that even our brains are still not making the neural connections to comprehend, creates an amazing correspondence, but again it is the massive time and events that can fail trillions of times at one mutation, then it happens, and since it favors persistent survival and more so defensive changes, survival becomes a continuum. I am sentimentally reminded of Stephen Baxter's' book "Evolution"...As said before, I have and continue, to learn. thank you...As for production: overwhelmingly lucious science based fact graphics, and a beautiful absorbing overall effect!

How crazy is it that all this happened before anyone of us existed and seemingly in the blink of an eye that so many billions of years had passed before we ever knew about it. Still baffles me how this is how it started and now we are conscious animals capable of learning past history, able to question why. And also the ability to predict the future that would ultimately be the end of life as we know it. Even though it’s animation something still very humbling with the thought of earth being destroyed by the very thing that was keeping it alive all this time. We really are just a tiny speck in what ever this universe thing is 😅

I studied Geology in school between 1970 and 1974. It was right at the cusp of plate tectonics. In 1971 (O level) we were being taught land bridges to explain fossil distribution. A year later that was over and plate tectonics made sense of so much. The important popular science book at the time was Calders , Restless Earth. I have A level Geology 1974. That does not make me a Geologist (wish I was) but even an A level allows you to understand a lot of concepts. And uum being Welsh I am always mildly amused that the first 4,000 m years of earth history means before Wales

If proto-life appeared around 4.1 billion years ago, a mere 450 million years after the formation of the planet, then this form of primitive life should be pervasive in our galaxy, and possibly even within our solar system, on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn. On the other hand the mass extinctions on earth give us pause in the search for life, for it may have existed elsewhere only to be wiped out later.

This Planet has to go through all these for us to be able to live on it. We never know what type of living beings are still waiting to be able to live on it in the future for whom we are just a stage of formation for them. I'm just amazed by this thought.

It’s so fascinating that even during the mass extinctions that almost destroy life, life still finds a way to survive and adapt to the new and hard conditions, even during the Great Dying; considered to be the worst mass extinction in the history of earth wiping out 90% of all life, the 10% managed to survive and adapt to the new environment.
The line in Jurassic Park “Life Finds a Way” is actually super true because even during the worst times of our planet, life still manages to keep on going and not giving up its like if earth didn’t want its children to die and it made it keep going. Life had survived 5 mass extinctions and yet they still find a way to adapt to the growing and evolving earth.
This is why we need to protect our planet, we not the masters, earth is and it is the only planet in the solar system that HAS life and we should be thankful, I can’t imagine earth without life after all we are its children and it is the best that we protect it, even if us humans vanished from existence for millions of years it is important that we protect it for the next generation of life life to thrive.

Such a moving story of Planet Earth and The Universe. Changes the perspective with what we see things around us. Especially the sense of "I own" or "this is mine". When this planet itself has a deadline then why do humans think that their possessions are "Forever"?

99.9% of all species that have ever existed have gone extinct and we are destroying the only planet we have as though we have another and what is saddest is all the animals humans have already caused to go extinct... And every day more animals go extinct. By the time the human race goes extinct, i doubt there will be any life left except maybe bacteria, viruses, protozoans and fungi. Everything else will be dead.
Hell in the USA we should still have lions, cheetahs, mastodons, rhinos etc. We wiped them all out way back in the pleistocene. Then europeans came to the Americas and doomed the rest of animals with the concept of capitalism. Capitalism is great at improving the quality of life of some people but it's fantastic at destroying the earth because it is an economic ideology that literally promotes waste and greed. There is nothing profitable about saving trees or animals. And no I'm not saying communism or socialism is better or whatever I am just stating the cold hard facts. Consumerism by definition results in mass pollution of the earth and ecosystems are very fragile as is. For example, killing off mastodons and other megafauna caused all of the large cats/dire wolves to go extinct in the Americas during the pleistocene. All that survived were Pumas, bears and jaguars which almost all of those are endangered or vulnerable. Rhinos and elephants will for sure be extinct by 2050 I have no doubt about that, which means pretty much no more megafauna in the world left. The whole reason we have such bad fires in the pacific coast of the USA is because we lack megafauna. Elephants and rhinos are very important at knocking down dead trees and spreading trees out/crushing dry debris and shrubs. Without them we get massive fires and more draught.
Now humans have released Hippos into the already extremely vulnerable and delicate rainforest ecosystems of Northern South America. Already they are wreaking havoc on the environment since no large megafauna that poop in the water constantly are even semi-natural to that ecosystem. If we were smart we would stop consumer culture, go back to living simple lives, stop having so many damn kids and rewild the areas with similar species that we drove to extinction and hope that we can reverse at least some of the damage we did to the earth. That isn't profitable though so.. we and pretty much all animals are fucked. Humans can deny pollution, global warming and overpopulation all we want but it won't save us. Like usual the only real solution if we want to save the animals of this world and save our own species even is the most difficult solution. Problem is, people are apathetic or just don't want to change things. Only once shit is so bad that even the rich are panicking and we have long since past the point of no return will we finally be willing to do what we need to do but as stated it will be way too late by then.

Superbly well put together. Thanks for the video. Its amazing to see how few people used there brains to calculate these predictions, whilst the rest of us ignored everything we came from and instead worked to destroy our selves and everything around us. If we are indeed being viewed by other intelligent lifeforms in the galaxy, then they must be pretty disgusted by our every action.

Wow... no words. I am very moved and humbled by having a glimpse of how magnificently small and great creation is, including us as species. We have been able to create outside ourselves (I think of music, or painting) or appreciate the beauty contained in words (a literary work) or in a sunset. We are deeply touched by a soft breeze or by our children smiling and discovering the world. No doubt our subtlety is accompanied by our destructive power, something like the Jing Jang... what a wonderful awareness. Thanks to the authors of this beautiful work (I mean the documentary on one hand and the universe on the other ;-)

we are at the mercy of earth, and earth is at the mercy of the universe. Thats why humans will go down as the worst species to ever live on this planet. It seems like everything we know today, and every step towards our current existence, came through trial and error. What's more interesting is that this trial and error is underpinned by matter's instinct or need to cooperate, evolve, and survive. I find it hard to not believe there is some sort of intelligent design behind our existence and the existence of our universe. Thank you for one of the most well-illustrated and awe-inspiring videos I have ever seen!

He was so happy narrating that by the end of the earth humans would've reached other galaxies, and I remember him mentioning that humans 'must' reach the level of technological advancement to have like an intestellar space travel... But looking ahead as what's happening rn, I doubt myself that is that even possible? Even I myself can do so much but do I really do it? The answer to that is no.

This was a really immersive experience, and it's so awesome to see the history of the earth and the evolution of life from single-celled to primates. The only thing I was a little skeptical about was the future, how exactly would we develop interdimensional technology after creating a moon base?
Either way, amazing work on this.

Great Video. But thinking financially. Be much cheaper to explore the Galaxy from Earth, instead of this talk of building a station on the moon. There's already space stations on Earth.

I'm always left with mixed feelings after these documentaries. on one hand it's really interesting and makes me feel like I'm a part of something huge. on the other hand I feel insignificant and nothing actually matters because not only will I die, but the human specicies will go extinct and the earth will first die, then be destroyed

No doubt about it. This is a great video. I know a lot of us have questions. As for me. I don't believe an invisible man created earth but I am wondering if this happened to this planet and our solar system is supposedly never-ending, where are all the other planets that this should be able to happen to as well since we're talking in the billions of years. I'm just saying with all this time that has passed one would think that there are other planets that this should have occurred too by now. Wouldn't you agree?

This is an absolutely awesome video. I love learning about the earth and found the idea of high-r radiation as a factor in stem evolution to be quite interesting and persuasive. It certainly makes sense and helps to explain why some species went so far so fast.
The visuals, narration and soundtrack are all first-rate. Well-done!

You weren't completely wrong about 2020, and unless we do something about the environment before 2040 (and I am sure Global leaders aren't very interested in that), our generations are scr*wed. Personally speaking, I am sad that I would be there to witness the upcoming catastrophe, but I feel even more bad for gen alpha and gen beta, because they would be suffering from these horrible conditions at young ages, while us gen z would have lived the prime of our lives. The future seems hopeless and bleak.

The early Earth had no ozone layer and was probably very hot. The early Earth also had no free oxygen. ... The atmosphere slowly became more oxygen-rich as solar radiation split water molecules and cyanobacteria began the process of photosynthesis. Eventually the atmosphere became like it is today and rich in oxygen.

remember, all of this had to literally be PERFECT.
in order for us to live, we had to be in the right place in the universe, the right galaxy, the right area in the galaxy, the right distance from our star, a moon, the right particles in our atmosphere, the right planets, the right age of our universe, the right core, the right magnetic field, the right temperature, the right ores and minerals

Since the Permian Extinction is still relatively theorized on. I do not believe it was from the Dark Nebula. From what I have heard and read into, my side is on the Siberian Traps. However, I love the spreading of multiple theories on the said mass extinction since it isnt exact currently, and it is cool to see other ideas besides the Siberian Traps.

Thumps up for the effort been given-simply amazing however this video is a foundation of moral development in regards what to be or not to be.
I would say prediction of future of human beings is grossly misunderstood and undermine the capacity of collective power of co-operative society that yet to replace the capitalist and intracompetetive societal structure.
Therefor development and lifestyle will be in other dimension such as
Man will develop thought - living with two life .Machine with thought and or dna with flesh never the less machine never will be succeeding human thoughts or mind nor the place on mother earth because among the human beings mind there has spirituality which separate Preditor and human and only the human aspect development will continue to accelerate any imaginable development set and coded right inside the within the purpose of the creation of human beings .
Human exploration will accelerate in the speed of Triple Nova which is three time faster then the speed of imagination.
Oh my people do not be upset by watching above video but get inspire and imagine a one Earth Nation demolish nationalism and merge with continental unions. Stop wasting energy on comfort industries and boost with need therefore surplus on research, this way being of my being will full fill the duty of being human at the planet loving Earth .
Appreciate for the time-finger cross 🤞🏽

Growing up in the 60's with Gemini and Apollo space programs and tv shows like Star Trek , Lost in Space we just assumed man would continue to advance in space travel . We thought colonizing space was a given . Why the hell we don't even have a moon base by now is a great disappointment .

think about it. it took certain events which were completely coincidental to create environments which would be just suitable for life and even then, it took a long time for life to start evolving and to flourish further. basically what im saying is that it took millions of years and just the right conditons and events for life to be brought on this planet and im capable of bringing life into this world in just 9 months and thats fucking amazing.

I think I've saw this documentary at least 4-5 times now over the years and enjoy it every time. It's a real shame that there really isn't any good history documentaries being made these days. I'd love some new content to watch, but content that doesn't blatantly lie or leave out certain bits to fit their narrative. I see the views certain history videos get and know there's an audience out there besides myself.

I love these types of shows I bought the series and many similar shows. I know it's impossible to tell the entire history of humanity in just 12 episodes. But this is a very good starting point for anyone interested in history. Wouldn't it be amazing if we could create an actual time machine and go back and see with our own eyes any time period or event in history. I'm sure that would help clear up many of the mysteries we have of the past.

This video is so amazing. its so interesting to see humans evolve, and to watch us survive throughout hardships and prosperity. I am so amazed at what our ancestors had to endure, and all they endured, survived, fought, prospered to bring us to where we are now. I wonder what a future history of mankind video will say about us now.

It’s an incredible feeling being so useless, playing absolutely no role in becoming top predator, and yet knowing my ancestors fought so hard for me to happen. It’s so weird. I wish I inherited that spirit.
Evolution is a beautiful thing. I really hope humans will allow nature to continue it.
I can’t believe more humans are born in a single day then what existed a million years ago. That’s actually really sad. No wonder why we are all sick.

It’s beyond incredible to know that still today, those pyramids in Egypt were the most incredible structures to have ever been built.
I can’t think of a more fascinating and incredible sense of people than the ancient Egyptians. ❤️

Some people have a tendency to compare actual wolves to the dogs we have now. They don't realize that wolves are huge. Most adult wolves will come up to a mans waist. and weigh 150 lbs. I like to think that if we hadn't domesticated the wolves and turned them into dogs, humans may NOT have survived the ice age.

It'd be cool to travel back to when the first human was here and what did that first person mate with? And who did that baby mate with? If the story of Adam and eve was even slightly correct then the Roman's were far from the only ones to mate with their sisters/brothers.

I wish these docs wouldn't just focus on what man did when he left Africa and look at what the humans who did not leave Africa did in the quest to survive. The humans left in Africa developed farming, learned to build dwellings and cities, developed tools and weapons, work stone developed language, writing, Everything humans did once they left Africa was alos accomplished by Humans who did not leave Africa and that is fascinating, it speaks to how the human mind is wired to problem solve along relatively specific lines of thought that tend to lead to identical conclusions

Many of their narratives are so hokee. It is obvious that they were written by people that never took a risk in their lives. They also rely too much on one key person alone. For example they say that all farming goes back to a single Mother Farmer, without her we would still be primitive hunter gatherers. In school I was taught that things like farming arose in different places independent of each other and not just a single source

TLDR: people really don’t understand history, the idea of death is only half the story, remembering those who have passed away keeps them alive inside each mind. Complete death means you’ve been forgotten.
The mass majority of people have a complete misunderstanding of Egypt’s past, the main glaring misconception is about the pharaoh death and after life, they believe in 2 deaths your physical body and the second your legacy dies when no one mentions your name again forgotten and lost to history, Gilgamesh’s story achieved its purpose of granting immortality, insuring his second death shall never come as long as his tale lives on. The most well known pharaoh is actually an ironic tale for he was meant to be forgotten and lost to history but by the population doing this insured his resurrection when all other temps have been ran sacked and looted, king tut being hidden and “forgotten” made sure he was the most well known out of all of them.

The Egyptians did not cut, carve, grind or drill the pyramids' stones using copper tools. It's more plausible they cut and carved and ground the few copper tools they say were found in the area using the Basalt stones. Besides they're are no copper tools lying around any where to be found in any quantity and the engravings in the stone do not dictate the usage.

Based on skull examinations. How do you think this Hofmeyr person appeared? This skull was found in southern Africa.
"She compared the Hofmeyr skull with contemporaneous Upper Paleolithic skulls from Europe and with the skulls of living humans from Eurasia and sub-Saharan Africa, including the Khoe-San (Bushmen). Because the Khoe-San are represented in the recent archeological record of South Africa, they were expected to have close resemblances to the South African fossil. Instead, the Hofmeyr skull is quite distinct from recent sub-Saharan Africans, including the Khoe-San, and has a very close affinity with the European Upper Paleolithic specimens."

Something that I think is interesting about art in general is how much it’s evolved but at the same time, is influenced by, and often based on the art of the past (fun fact, the Statue of Liberty was inspired by the Colossus of Rhodes) :)

Keep in mind. The land was covered in wildlife. They would fertilize the lands for the crops to grow. So you had food growing an you had the Water station. Water Stations where Pyramids. So you know.

Ben Franklin attempted to convince people the need for lightning rods on top of structures to prevent fire from lightning. But many Christians of the time were convinced that God threw lightning at the Church , or other structures, and that lightning rods to prevent strikes went against God's will. People were just as dumb in ancient times thinking that the God, or Gods would be upset if humans attempted to prevent God's lightning strikes, and subsequent fires.

14:00 Yes. You are asked to believe they where stone age people. Yeah. News flash from 3300 BC All the tools they had where made of Copper, gold, and silver. They had a hard time finding Iron and Bronze. Believe it or not. Finding actual Iron was so difficult that it was a precious metal. Imagine every time you dug in the ground, you find only Gold, quartz, silver an copper and diamonds.

It seems of a non-spiritual nature to explain human endeavors as them wanting to rival nature or to categorize the history of humans as having insignificant beginnings. Most human art and technology I have seen has been inspired by nature and true spiritual thought expresses the great significance of humans as being a special creation of God. The narrator has a comforting voice but the writers are deeply disturbing people.

I find it odd that The Colossus of Rhodes was thought to be only 100' tall and straddle the entrance to a great harbor? The entrance must have been very narrow, as 100' in retrospect isn't very tall, especially given the fact that about 1/3 the height would have been dedicated to the split apart legs. The entrance would have been no greater than 25' with 5' on either side dedicated to the base of each foot, which would put the opening of the harbor at 15' at best. Yeah, mathematically it is not logical nor plausible.

The ancient world itself is a wonder. Yet...only to those who get caught up choosing to wonder. St. John was asked Why do you wonder? So don't wonder when God tells you or shows you something it's truth don't be like Pilate just believe it, it is right in front of you. Angels yet desire to look into why we wonder, if they sinned too and fell then they'd know why. Thats above is like doubting God's word as Eve did in Eden so do not wonder.

I...don't agree with his comment about how slave labor can't make anything genius. 90% of anything built in the ancient world was built by slave labor. All over the world. You had genius architects and workmen shaping stuff...but most of the grunt work was done by slaves. It wasn't until Christianity started to take hold--and the idea of slavery started becoming repugnant--that even grunt work became paid work.

Maybe 7 is an Evil Number if you are referencing Jericho.... a city with no army, vastly outnumbered by the Isrealite army, trying to hide behind their walls and outlast a seige.... and eventually every man, woman and child was slaughtered in a genocidal massacre. - and I sang songs about it in Bible School, smh.

She said people from all over the known world participated in the Olympics? That is not true. Only Greeks were allowed to compete. Alexander 1, Phillips dad (Alexander the Great grandfather) was not allowed to compete because he was Macedonian.

16:38 Again. There where no brothels there. So this was all made up to make the story seem more interesting. Reread the translation on the wall. It was torn apart by Archeologist an the best translation was that. The translation states daughter and sister which in the language means the same thing so it was confusing offered a reward if they stayed an received gems.

And another thing If you were to ask anyone about their people's/ countries heritage. Most have had wrote down stories and knowledge was passed down all their descendants. Their Children would have made copies of the building they built for many years.....
