Contrast John Stockton (nearly twice as many assists on about the same number of turnovers per game) or even someone like Jerry Sichting (3.3 APG, 1.1 TOPG over a 10-year career in the '80s as the Pacers' starting PG and Dennis Johnson's backup in Boston on the legendary '86 team.) Or Jason Kidd, who had a 3:1 career A/TO ratio on 8.7 APG and 2.9 TOPG. Plus, Stockton and Sichting weren't head cases, coach killers, and clubhouse cancers. Kyrie only won anything because he had LeBron keeping him in check in 2016. Every other team he's been on has underachieved because he's a terrible leader. World B. I'm 50 years old now, but my shooting ability has exploded. Kyrie is pretty good at ball handle, but I've seen far better. He has excelled in a weaker league pretty much and this is why he is able to get as far as he does. During MJ's reign he wouldn't really have the same dominance as there was also AI who was light years better in every way imaginable, and loads of other incredibly talented point guards.
