Gauss and Euler are top tier easily. 62 Reply @zachgrant7809 13 days ago LMAO the AI mispronounced Euler twice in a row in two different ways... come on bro.... 20 Reply @Demo-critus 9 days ago Why is Euler not much further to the right? 12 Reply @douglasstrother6584 12 days ago My favorite Mathematicians: 1) Euclid: my Math Lightbulb finally switched-on when I took Geometry as a Sophomore in High School. Get an older Geometry textbook and learn how to do "straight edge & compass" constructions; it is a very tangible and visual way to think about Mathematics. 2) Georg Cantor: his work on the cardinality (size) of infinite sets and his Continuum Hypothesis are WOW! , and you can teach them to kids who know arithmetic. His "crazy" idea: there are different sizes of Infinity. 3) Philip M. Morse & Herman Feshbach for their "Methods of Theoretical Physics (Parts I & II)". 4) Milton Abramowitz & Irene Stegun for their "Handbook of Mathematical Functions with Formulas, Graphs, and Mathematical Tables". Be wary of those who know about 3 & 4! 5) Too many others to list. 9 Reply @MusicEngineeer 2 weeks ago (edited) Let's celebrate these genius minds! 👍 8 Reply @PeteyWolvy74 13 days ago Did you just put Ramanujan ahead of Gauss and Euler in the thumbnail? What a dumbnut! Gauss, Euler and Newton are probably the most impacting mathematicians of the entire human history. 31 Reply 15 replies @michaelglanowski7635 9 days ago Can we get a Mortal Kombat style, arcade fighting game where we can pin these guys against each other in a street fight with special moves, combos, and unique finishers? That will settle this debate once and for all. 🐉 4 Reply @shifas65 2 days ago (edited) Euler and gauss being level 2 and 1 is crazy, they two are the best mathematicians of all time along with newton 3 Reply X to Y · 3 replies @RajKumar-kj9xy 8 days ago (edited) zeta function was first introduced by euler and euler found some cool functional eqn & formulas. Later riemann develop lot & extends into complex. Anyways Euler is GOAT I think you might not know Euler much. 5 Reply @rohan2005rano 8 days ago Euler would be in the first place anyday. 19 Reply 3 replies @sigfridsixsis3255 16 hours ago Do not forget Archimedes: on front of the Field medal there is a profile of Archimedes Reply @MuhammadArfan-k1s 13 days ago Their is no mechanism to level these genius mind. Great video Thank you 4 Reply @Demo-critus 9 days ago I would argue that Gödel was more important than Hilbert. 5 Reply 1 reply @GamingToon-kp2kp 7 days ago But anyway , Ramanujan was the mathematics god and knew infinity 12 Reply 2 replies @surajthakur340 3 days ago Clearly some Indian made this 2 Reply @Ararartist 5 days ago Only a level 0 would rank tiers of mathematicans 3 Reply X to Y · 1 reply @andreasgrunder7003 1 day ago Now I know the biographies of the mathematicians who made my life difficult at school. Reply 1 reply @Isixhubio7 6 days ago Lagrange first introduced sigma notation for adition ain't Eueler 2 Reply X to Y · 1 reply @ExploreWorld-u2r 2 days ago (edited) My list : 1.Gauss 2.Euler 3.newton 4.Reimann 5. Was the mathematical problems handle by Gauss more complex and difficilt than the problems those three solved? Can you point some of Gsus work more refined and complex than Milnor's exotic spheres? Or the heavy use of categories by Grothendieck to rewrite Algebraic geometry, or the several contributions of von Neumann from rings of operators, to the foundations of Quantum Mechanics? 2 Reply X to Y · 2 replies @oceanking.ytnetu 5 days ago Emmy noither? 1 Reply @ashifulbhuiyan 12 days ago This video sucks. 9 Reply @JKMTK 2 weeks ago keep it up 2 Reply X to Y · 1 reply @imeprezime1285 9 days ago Mess it up badly.
