Everything starts with his head, obviously he's not super human, so he outsource the work to his engineers, but he have 100% end to end knowledge, so if there is problem with engineering or engineer he immediately know what to pursue to achieve the end goal. 62 Reply 5 replies @heatherscott88 5 days ago Neuralink is one of your coolest company's. I think it will change the way the medical field will run and be looked at. I wish i would have known about it before my oldest brother just died end of April. I know he would have done it and it could have saved his life😢. He had Glioblastoma 6 tumors. They gave him 2-4 mths and he made it 2 yrs. I guess i was a great sister nurse. Alot of times those regulations will put him into situations where he has to do something else that also goes against other regulations, and it becomes a situation where its impossible to not go against regulations. Voting for trump means being able to help Elon by getting rid of all the unnecessary regulations that dont make any sense. This dude is going to push humanity into a new era just like the Wright Brothers, Thomas Edison, Alexander Gram Bell, Henry Ford, etc. So why vote for somebody like Kamala who literally wants more regulations on top of the regulations that nearly make it impossible for Elon to work efficiently? Recently Elon stated that the moment Trump gets into office he's going to open his government department and save the country 2 trillion dollars in wasted funds. An extra 2 trillion dollars could fix so many problems that dont have to exist. Its important to keep this guy in a position where he can keep doing these great things. In our lifetime we will not only see a brilliant human, but also an American hero. 29 Reply 4 replies @johnvickieclayborn847 5 days ago ❤Elon is the best❤ 34 Reply 2 replies @66ebutu 5 days ago Wow! She had a miraculous recovery. In 2022 she had 5 brain tumors pop up. They estimated she had 3~6 months to live. After radiation the tumors were smaller but still there. Another miracle of modern science. She started a weekly "experimental" (recently approved) infusion process to keep the tumors from growing. Last Christmas she had a stroke and lost the left side of her body. We haven't been able to find anything on the web about Neuro-Link and strokes. The doctors aren't much help. Where can we find something about Neuro-Link and stroke research? 1 Reply @andrewnguyen473 5 days ago (edited) It is the best interview I have ever seen. Thank you, gentlemen. It's usually related to politics but just based on this video alone, how do you say this man's an idiot. Now factor in everything else he's accomplished. Some point to failures which is equally absurd, what inventor or business person has gotten it right every time on the first try? I think the people call Elon an idiot might want to compare their achievements to his. 2 Reply @Procrastinitise 4 days ago Is it too soon to consider cyber-brain security issues? 1 Reply @tomday1318 5 days ago Will there be a problem with connections to the muscles lessen? Later, implants can remotely operate an Optimus to do activities of daily living for the impaired person. People living by themselves is a good area for bot to get use to and all the objects are familiar. The impaired person may even use his thought to help Optimus move his hands and arm to manipulate objects, like what was done at the “We Robot” release. 1 Reply @bryguenther 5 days ago (edited) Mark Cuban said it best: "Elon Musk is one of if not the greatest entrepreneur of the decade, if not the century". Reply @Zbezt 5 days ago I can definitely see a small issue with the latency it being too fast and priming inputs made by the flight fight responses it takes an incredible amount of self control to act with purpose at the cerebral level Reply @virgoblue1392 5 days ago "Forever young, I want to be forever young, do you really want to live forever? There are many days when I write more than one year's worth of bits for this calculation. You could say that he meant our direct output (not through devices), but he specifically talks about typing. I would counter with the quality of bits in vs bits out should be considered too, as a ratio. The bits that do emerge are of such tremendous quality relative to the input stimulus, that the human mind is the real super computer. The phone affords it greater access to input. Also, it's possible that if you speed up the output, the quality goes down, in the sam manner that the accelerated inputs do. Reply @GETREALLYRICH 4 days ago This will be the best improvement for humanity! Reply 1 reply @stevesimpson5994 5 days ago Typical human sensory motor bandwidth under performance testing is of the order of 1.5-1.8 Hz. Certain individuals can achieve of the order of 2.5 Hz. I am not sure of the effect of the effects of accumulated latency from nerve signalling and muscle actuation. But it certainly incurs a negative penalty as we age or if we are affected by stroke or injury. Nevertheless, these figures represent performance limits. They are unmaintainable for more than a few minutes -- perhaps an hour or so for a race car driver etc. What I'm suggesting is that there is a hard practical limit to any notional idea of bits per second. Simply put, we can't keep it up. Reply @nicolecharles7405 5 days ago Dang. Speechless. Reply @prometheus6474 5 days ago (edited) Please don't remove the pauses. Reply @RobertMollentze-r4w 5 days ago (edited) Even if we can interact with computers faster, our focus and concentration is slow. I can already type faster than I can think meaningful ideas. And often I think while I’m typing as I hear the words internally in my head. If I had the ability to instantly type or render my thoughts through neuralink, it’s not going to improve the quality of interaction at all. It might actually have a negative impact on the brain, actually making people dumber, like social media has on us. The most intelligent people are typically slow thinkers… 5 Reply 12 replies @donporter8432 5 days ago $2.00 Thanks! Reply @tankburn 5 days ago Does nueralink have encryption? Reply @MM-cz6zv 9 hours ago Humans = Bees Reply 2 replies @freyja802 5 days ago I know this will make sound a lot more esoteric but his measures of human output as 1 bit per second, that's a really slow speaker in my opinion - but regardless, it's much more importantly only the semantic channel of language communication. Singing along can vastly increase the spectrum of signals from binary far into systems beyond human imagination and also speed up the process a lot. Then, there are countless subconscious channels and the "5d" / the mental projection of all of this into a physically unlimited matrix that adds functionality on super intelligence level. I can't actually imagine the math for that bit somehow, it all scales immensely through complexity and distributed belief systems. That being said, people freely participate in those experiences, well aware of the risks and in comparison to all the normally unethical experiments that people freely consent to being the test subject for out, what Elon does is really still very much above the line, so I like it. I'm sure that it will have its use, just maybe not what Elon currently imagines. Anyways, he looks good again. Reply @MrTynanDraper 5 days ago TLDW anyone?
