I have heard of your work through a book I am reading at leisure. And decided to pursue further research within the topic of regenerative medicine. Naturally, I have stumbled on to this video and curiously watched and listened. The topic at hand has sparked quite an interest for me. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to the public. All the essential research and development throughout time can hopefully provide a better quality of life for mankind. Because in the end, that is what it's all about.

A lot of how stem cells behave depends on what's around them. Focusing research on receptors will help enable stem cells to become more effective. Otherwise, just dumping stem cells causes teratomas. However, to facilitate progress in protein receptors, it's best to solve the secondary structure first.

I agree with your point about the FDA's track record in recent years. But, I am not talking about them. Anyone can do a background check on J. I did. 3 out of 4 main ingredients in their products havent been tested on humans. One of them, resveratrol, was found to actually lower health indicators like aerobic fitness. The only thing that seems promising is 'stem cell growth factors'.. well, I'd like to know what they are, if they aren't stem cells themselves. 4 years pending patent approval?!

It is nearly 2017, there must be an upcoming conference or a conference that has been done since this video of 2012. Please post any updated videos of stem cell therapy/transplants when conferences happen.

Thank you. My question with regard of discussion at .35... would stem cells to treat AVN of the femur fall into the category of going back to original cause of the AVN?
The possibly reason for this to have happened would be chemo or radiation to L3 and sacrum in 2000. That is 14 years ago. Response would be greatl appreciated

Yeah, defensiveness seems to be very human. 'A personal message' just for me that airs on Youtube, watched by millions, is also clever. No doubt, some products work by the power of belief. The placebo effect is amazingly strong, but that means the mind is strong, and not the product. I have no idea what a 'stem-cell booster' is. I guess that means food for the stem cells in our body. Sounds like homeopathy to me. Unknown contents + no science = magical cure. 3 times.. crying wolf?

Okay.. he UCTV videos on stem cells are awesome. But they're all 'past tense': this is the 'old news'. How about a few update presentations? Yamanaka won the Nobel Prize for iPS cells in 2009. This video is nearly three years old...
I guess I'll have to scour PMID for the results to any of their studies, because their website has nothing.

The Longevity Biotechnology Association is a 501c3 organization representing global leaders in geroscience and gerotherapuetics. We are working to standardize and promote the development of new medicines and therapies to prevent and cure, rather than merely manage the health conditions of aging. We are driven by a shared belief that every person deserves a life that is health, full and long.
The LBA presents members Drs. Nir Barzilai and David Sinclair discussing whether aging should be classified as a disease and the associated pros and cons.

I’m new to this information but finding it fascinating and hopeful (I’m 59)… the protocols and supplements speak for themselves, I feel great and optimistic for my future and wider. Keep spreading the word, the results will speak for themselves … hopefully before Dr Sinclair looks 21 when he’s aged 100!

Thank you very much for this multi-conference. I had a question for Dr. Sinclair:: he has been researching the beneficial properties of RESVERATROL for almost 20 years, however today he has given METFORMIN as an example of a beneficial medicine to fight against aging and improve health. Which is the reason? Thank you all and my blessings on such a magnificent project.

Seems to me that aging features at its core the degradation of normal human biological processes
These losses of function may accumulate or cause flow on effects that worsen which could indeed happen at any age, however the risk profile increases as chronological age rises

i wonder if he’s studied masters who have lived to 150-200 years old. and you’ll never see this documented in mainstream science . if we’re only living to 80-100 years, meaning our environmental lifestyles and the systems in place increase the rate of aging.
