I personally love the lack of atmosphere inducing music during the fight scenes. And, now as we all know the Bourne franchise was the first to show how it really is in personal combat. Some reasons for this desire to emulate are the junctures in his journey he navigates with the following specific qualities: As David Webb, he threw his ID tags on the table, demonstrating he was loyal, committed, and dedicated from the outset. As Jason Bourne, he still risks his life to protect loved ones and innocent colleagues to stop ruthless assassins. As Jason, he combats corruption inside the system, even if it means he has to go outside the system to do so. He never hesitates, or lacks the courage to halt and kill bad actors inside and outside the "system". His conscience never allows him to stop searching for who he is and the impact of his actions. For all you care, you could be as well watching Tyler Darden implanted subliminal or melee snippets from an amusement park speed ride. Just to prove it, imagine Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris well choreographed hand fight in the Roman Coliseum downplayed under such cheating low quality camera "work” and editing to trigger vomiting, and how many times you rather watch on replay same fight over and over again in endless delight.
