I’m just glad to be alive to watch him make history. 50 Reply 2 replies @Christian-q9s 14 hours ago This guy already got a documentary made on him? It certainly isn't "AI-generated slop," as one commenter opined. It includes some very interesting archival footage. The film premiered in February, 2024, which was just before Ohtani's historic 50/50 season in which the Dodgers won the world series. I can't say whether "Rusty Conrad," who receives voiceover credit, is human or AI, but it doesn't sound like AI to me - no gross mispronunciations. On the other hand, this film is Rusty Conrad's only credit on IMDB. As a retired high school English teacher, I'd give it a solid B+. 7 Reply @ernietaylorphdjd3496 3 days ago Only once in a generation??? What do you think? Reply @ernietaylorphdjd3496 3 days ago That was great for an AI generated video ❤❤❤ Reply @ernietaylorphdjd3496 3 days ago That’s not bad for an AI generated video! Not bad at all. Reply @dolantrimp1691 3 months ago No mention of creating the 50/50 club or winning the WS in his first year with the Dodgers? 8 Reply 2 replies @ernietaylorphdjd3496 3 days ago He looks a little bit like you know who? Let me know! Okay? Reply @dpelpal 2 months ago Just a bunch of media clips spliced together 1 Reply @ernietaylorphdjd3496 3 days ago Who is this and what is it about? Reply @marksstudio 2 months ago Abner Doubleday started baseball in theU.S. Don't be historical revisionists. 1 Reply @SPMNDK89 2 months ago This documentary is terrible, hopefully in the future, once everything is said and done an actual filmmaker will do Ohtani's career justice 2 Reply @DonaldHauss 6 days ago Not much of a baseball fan or follower, but it seems to me the BEST hitters are all lefties. Reply 1 reply @Kind775 3 months ago Don’t even mention Bebirus ! He was a drug addict !! Baseball history is all only about Ohtani !!!!!!❤ 4 Reply @mao-hsinshen9384 2 months ago 大谷翔平 Reply @hiroinathens 2 months ago What a waste of time to watch an AI generated "movie" with irrelevant images for most naratives! 2 Reply @eugeneflorentino8470 1 month ago Judge MVP Reply @Kevin_40 4 days ago I think its a shame the focus was taken away from American baseball players also a shame the cost for Americans to go to baseball games became too expensive. Also to watch baseball on tv became more expensive. When I was a kid in the 80s and 90s baseball was free on tv and cheap to go to a game and Americans ruled baseball. Baseball peaked in the 1990s. Reply @78tag 4 weeks ago (edited) $700M deferred contract - that is the kind of BS that has ruined the MLB. Not really his fault, just a sign of our corrupt times....and who knows what was up with that gambling fiasco. Reply 1 reply
